The condition of each item is noted in the Valuation Report, Valentina is always more than happy to answer any questions. Antique and Vintage jewellery does not look brand new. The purchase of a piece of fine jewellery is a big step and in some cases a large investment, and we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, but if it does not meet your expectations, we guarantee a full refund. If you have to return an item, Valentina should be notified by email within three (3) days of its receipt. You should then dispatch the item within two days (2) of notifying us. As soon as we receive the item in the same condition as it was dispatched and in line with our return policy we will refund your money. Australian customers should return items carefully packed and fully insured with Australia Post Express Post Platinum to our Brisbane address. Customers from the United Kingdom and United States, should return items carefully packed and fully insured with Federal Express to Brisbane. Any import duty paid on an item will not be refunded.
