It’s simple. When you open the page to look at the item you want to buy, just note the stock number and email Valentina or you can call us. The only information you need to provide is a contact number, email address, delivery address and your credit-card details. And remember: if you have any queries, we are always at the other end of the phone or email.

 

We accept Visa, & Mastercard. We do not have access to credit card numbers, nor do we store credit card details OR share any of our customers information with any other party. We only use customer email addresses to satisfy their enquiries, we will delete them if you advise us to do so. It is also possible to pay by direct debit or money transfer. We deliver in Australia with Australia Post Express Post next day delivery to Capital cities and to regional areas usually within two days. ​Do you have a store where I can view and try on rings?

 

We are an ‘online store’ , however, we have 3 shop venues for you to visit in Brisbane, please advise before visiting so Valentina can ensure that the item is at the location you are visiting , she is also available to provide you with personalised service.

 

Is it possible to get a ring sized?

 

Yes. If you buy a ring for yourself and it is not the correct size, we will re-size it for you free of charge on purchases over $1,000, Brisbane clients can visit our working jeweller for this to occur. This can take a few days and will be done for clients at cost price, for rings under $1,000 – usually around $50 (though this can vary if the ring needs to be made a lot bigger).

 

If the ring is to be a gift for someone else, we recommend that you make sure the recipient likes the item before sizing – as a big alteration can affect our money-back guarantee.
