QUALITY AND CARE

 

At Valentina’s Antique Jewellery, we only sell items of high quality and it’s important that you are happy with your purchase. We give the same excellent after sales care that we provided in our Brisbane shops to our online customers . We clearly label our jewellery so you know as much about it as we do. The condition of each item is noted in the Valuation Report, Valentina is always more than happy to answer any questions. Antique and Vintage jewellery does not look brand new. That’s part of its charm and it has aurora all of its own.

 

GRADING AND VALUATIONS

 

We provide independent valuations on our jewellery in our online store over $500 in value, rings with large diamonds and gemstones.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

The purchase of a piece of fine jewellery is a big step and in some cases a large investment, and we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, but if it does not meet your expectations, we guarantee a full refund. If you have to return an item, Valentina should be notified by email within three (3) days of its receipt. You should then dispatch the item within two days (2) of notifying us. As soon as we receive the item in the same condition as it was dispatched and in line with our return policy we will refund your money. Australian customers should return items carefully packed and fully insured with Australia Post Express Post Platinum to our Brisbane address. Customers from the United Kingdom and United States, should return items carefully packed and fully insured with Federal Express to Brisbane. Any import duty paid on an item will not be refunded.

 

DAMAGED OR ALTERED ITEMS

 

Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them. Damaged, broken or altered items will not be accepted for a refund.
